How it works

Pre-visit labs & paperwork – You’ll complete your labs and onboarding paperwork so your clinician has the full picture before your virtual visit. Labs are self-pay or HSA. You can also submit your invoice to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Virtual consultation – In your appointment, we’ll review your results, listen to your story, and connect the dots between symptoms, hormones, and lifestyle.

Your personalized Blueprint – You’ll walk away with a clear, actionable plan for hormone therapy, supplements, peptides, and lifestyle strategies tailored just for you.

Ongoing follow-up – Your care doesn’t end with a plan. A one-month follow-up visit is included to review how you’re responding, then quarterly Refinement appointments keep your progress on track. In between, you can always reach out with questions or concerns — we’re here when you need us.

Payment at Scheduling: All visits must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your visit with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Payments will be applied to your new appointment.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the payment is non-refundable.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, but if you give proper notice (24+ hours), your payment will be credited toward a future appointment.

Emergencies: We understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made for true emergencies at the discretion of our clinical team.
