It’s called brain fog, but that barely scratches the surface. Some days it feels more like brain soup — a slow simmer of half-formed thoughts, misplaced keys, and forgotten sentences that trail off into nowhere. If you’ve ever walked into a room and had no idea why, welcome. You’re in good company.
Hormones are powerful, and when they fluctuate, they don’t just affect our bodies — they shape how we think, focus, and feel. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone all influence neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. When levels dip, our sharpness can, too. That’s not “aging.” That’s chemistry.
But here’s the thing: you are not losing your mind. You are recalibrating. Your body is asking for support, not judgment.

At Viella, we don’t dismiss brain fog as “just part of getting older.” We look deeper. We restore balance through hormone therapy, lifestyle shifts, and nutrients that support cognitive clarity. Because when your body’s in sync, your mind starts to follow.
And in the meantime — give yourself a break. Laugh when you forget a word. Make lists. Use reminders. Be gentle with the woman who’s carrying a lot and still showing up.
This season isn’t about decline — it’s about redesign. You’re not losing your edge; you’re just finding a new one.
In dedication to your health, love,

I am here to help make things clear. Let's meet for a one on one!
